– Harmon Dental Center Team
Dr. Harmon began his journey at Cumberland College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. After teaching junior high and high school, he joined the U.S. Army Reserves, where he trained as a dental assistant and worked closely with dentists in Louisville’s Medical Support Unit. Inspired by advances in dental technology, Dr. Harmon pursued dentistry, earning his DDS with Honors from Ohio State University in 2005 after active duty during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He approaches dentistry deeply committed to patient care, treating everyone like his family and staying updated with ongoing education. Dr. Harmon is an active member of several professional associations and enjoys running and spending time with his wife, Shellie, and their five children.
Dr. Burrows is a University of Louisville School of Dentistry graduate and has been practicing dentistry for nearly 25 years. Her father mentored her in their small-town family practice in Elizabethtown, where she worked in many practices. Dr. Burrows loves dentistry because she loves getting to know her patients and contributing meaningfully to their lives.
She has four children—two in college and two in high school—and has been married to her husband for 25 years. When she is not working, Dr. Burrows enjoys playing tennis, gardening, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Carmen graduated from St. Francis High School and earned her bachelor’s degree from Bellarmine University. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University School of Dentistry and completed a one-year General Practice Residency at the VA Medical Center in Dayton, OH. Dr. Carmen is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the American Geriatrics Association (AGA), and the Kentucky Association of Women Dentists (KAWD).
A single dental implant is a durable, long-lasting solution for replacing a single missing tooth. The implant is surgically placed into the jawbone, fusing with the bone over time to provide a stable foundation for a custom crown. This treatment restores your smile’s appearance and function, allowing you to eat, speak, and smile confidently.
Invisalign is an orthodontic treatment that uses clear, custom-made aligners to gradually straighten teeth. These virtually invisible aligners are comfortable to wear and can be removed for eating, brushing, and flossing, offering more flexibility than traditional braces. With Invisalign, you can discreetly achieve a beautifully aligned smile with minimal disruption to your daily life.
All-on-X full arch dental implants offer a permanent solution for replacing a row of missing teeth with just a few strategically placed implants. This advanced procedure uses four to six implants to support a custom-designed prosthesis, providing a natural-looking, functional smile. With All-on-X, you can enjoy improved aesthetics, stability, and comfort, all while avoiding the need for multiple individual implants.
